The Fragrant cloud rose is an exceptional flower with great shape and a scent to die for highly recommended.
Lovely rose, arrived well packaged and healthy. The rose had slight rose rust on some lower leaves which were removed before planting with no further issues since planting out. The rose arrived in bud with around 12 buds ready to open.
Customer service were also very helpful prior to purchase.

The rose, a gift for my sister, was received in very good condition. I potted it up and her husband collected it from me; my sister was very happy with her surprise gift.
The delivery company contacted me about delivery time as I was on my way to a medical appointment. We agreed on a safe place to leave it. When I returned home it was exactly where we agreed.

The rose was wonderful, however delivery was poor as many of the stems with buds were broken upon arrival. Given that this was sent to a friend in memory of their grandma, the fact that the rose arrived with stems broken was upsetting. Happy to provide photos as needed.
