Although it’s not been long enough since purchasing to see and smell the blooms, I must commend Henry Street Nurseries on their prompt and very secure postage. Buying plants doesn’t always work online but in this instance all the roses I ordered arrived in perfect condition.

I have never purchased plants via the internet and to be honest I did not know what I was buying.

I found the rose on 4 different websites so I sent the same email to each of them asking several questions about size etc.

Out of the emails sent I only received one email in reply in 24 hours. As a point of interest I never had any replies from the other 3 companies.

My reply came from Oliver who took the time to explain things and gave me sizes.

I ordered two roses which came to about £50.

The roses came a few days later in a very large box, no damage possible to the roses or pots.

My husband was impressed with the look of the plants and very happy. The are still out of the flowering season but we can not see any problems ahead.

It was due to the advice and time spent by Oliver that the order was replaced, will use a gain.
