Shipping & Returns
Delivery cost £3.49 per order. Delivery 2-3 working days.
We use DPD for all our Bush rose deliveries & DX Freight for all standard roses, upon dispatch you will receive an email confirming your rose has been shipped and providing you updates through delivery confirming estimated time of arrival.
Unfortunately due to updated plant health requirements following Brexit we are only able to ship to Mainland (including Isle of White) UK excluding Northern Ireland.
Our standard delivery is 1 - 3 days from point of order although may be extended in busy periods. We do not post roses on Fridays. As our roses are live plants we sometimes delay sending in extreme cold or heat to avoid them perishing due to extended delivery times.
Bare root roses on pre-order will be dispatched in the Autumn / Winter, any orders placed not on pre-order will be dispatched on a Tuesday.
How will my rose arrive
We have specially designed boxes to ensure any roses bought from us will travel safely to your home.
Bare root roses are dispatched between October and February each year. We do allow pre-orders of bare root roses and will send them out once the stock is ready. It may be the case that some orders are fulfilled earlier than others depending on which varieties were on order.
Our new crop of potted roses are dispatched from October and will arrive as newly potted bare root plants. These are ok to be planted out straight away or you can wait till the rose has started rooting in and plant in the spring. Sending out these potted roses ensures you receive the best product as the rose remains well in moist compost through the journey and when planting you have a pot of our special blend of compost to get your rose off to the best of start.
In spring our roses will still be very small to look at but will have rooted into the pot and will be showing strong young growth.
May - September we will do our best to send out roses in flower or in bud but this will depend on the growing season as we may have to cut back the plant to keep them healthy with fresh growth.

Just can’t wait - this rose is new to me!
Perfectly packaged and delivered promptly. I am impressed.
Very detailed explanation on how to care for roses. From feeding to positioning in the garden. To how to prune and when. To have the opportunity to prune a rose and to see how Henry street grow their roses was amazing. I learnt so much that I have already put into practice.
As always lovely healthy plants provided with every care taken to make sure the delivery of the plants was perfect.
Arrived in great condition. Nice healthy plant.Already in the garden and doing well
Excellent session led by an extremely knowledgeable rose expert.
The demonstration was beyond interesting and loved to hear the family history and learnt soo much from your extensive knowledge passed down through your expert family before you.
We really enjoyed it Thankyou 👍👏 🌹
Really helpful and learned a great deal. Just wish my established roses fitted the form as well as the specimens we were allowed to prune.
An excellent couple of hours - knowledgeable course leader, time for questions and a "hands-on", pleasant environment and good refreshments.
Really enjoyable and I learned so much. I hadn't realised how much it helps the growth and flowers if you take it down to three buds on the shrub rose's
Having also taken some cuttings on some beautiful climbing rose I bought from you which are taking :-)
You've made my interest in Roses even stronger.
Thank you Kind Regards

This is my first purchase and I am delighted with the quality of the rose. The rose is already growing. Plus it was a really fast delivery. Will definitely be purchasing again in the near future.
Nice healthy plant, beautifully packatged, delivered on time.
Looks very healthy with new buds but will be given as a birthday present so can’t say more
Ordered two bushes, arrived beautifully packaged and wonderfully healthy….looking forward to the flowers appearing
Quick response to my email question
Efficient delivery of nice rose
Waiting for it to flower Deo Volente
Disappointed, this rose is very small, that’s the problem with ordering online, I would have chosen a better specimen if it had been available in store. It looks healthy and arrived well packaged.
Bare root arrived safely, well packed, rapid customer service. Only two stems on the rose delivered, but it is an upright rose, and slotted into a well-prepared spot by the front gate. Chosen for its beauty and exceptional fragrance. Looking forward to the summer show.
