Shipping & Returns
Delivery cost £3.49 per order. Delivery 2-3 working days.
We use DPD for all our Bush rose deliveries & DX Freight for all standard roses, upon dispatch you will receive an email confirming your rose has been shipped and providing you updates through delivery confirming estimated time of arrival.
Unfortunately due to updated plant health requirements following Brexit we are only able to ship to Mainland (including Isle of White) UK excluding Northern Ireland.
Our standard delivery is 1 - 3 days from point of order although may be extended in busy periods. We do not post roses on Fridays. As our roses are live plants we sometimes delay sending in extreme cold or heat to avoid them perishing due to extended delivery times.
Standard Roses are dispatched on Tuesdays only due the size of boxes.
Bare root roses on pre-order will be dispatched in the Autumn / Winter, any orders placed not on pre-order will be dispatched on a Tuesday.
How will my rose arrive
We have specially designed boxes to ensure any roses bought from us will travel safely to your home.
Bare root roses are dispatched between October and February each year. We do allow pre-orders of bare root roses and will send them out once the stock is ready. It may be the case that some orders are fulfilled earlier than others depending on which varieties were on order.
Our new crop of potted roses are dispatched from October and will arrive as newly potted bare root plants. These are ok to be planted out straight away or you can wait till the rose has started rooting in and plant in the spring. Sending out these potted roses ensures you receive the best product as the rose remains well in moist compost through the journey and when planting you have a pot of our special blend of compost to get your rose off to the best of start.
In spring our roses will still be very small to look at but will have rooted into the pot and will be showing strong young growth.
May - September we will do our best to send out roses in flower or in bud but this will depend on the growing season as we may have to cut back the plant to keep them healthy with fresh growth.

Bought this as a gift for my parents’ ruby anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. The rose arrived potted, well packaged in a large box, and in brilliant condition. Delivery was really quick too, which was a nice bonus.
My mum sent me a photo once it bloomed, the flowers are such a lovely red, even better than I’d hoped. It was great value for money, and my parents were genuinely thrilled with it. It’s a thoughtful, lasting gift and I’d definitely recommend it for any special occasion.

Good quality rose, carefully packed & delivered on time
The Arthur Bell climbing rose that I purchased arrived in perfect condition having been well packaged to protect it during transit. It has produced 1 flower so far which has an attractive form beginning as a striking yellow fading to a creamy white. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Brilliant catalogue as I would expect after my climbing rose previously purchased which i am over the moon with,
Will be ordering more this coming autumn/spring.
Excellent product
Excellent plant with lush green growth. Well packed and promptly delivered too. Thank you very much.
Lovely bright orange and prolific flowers does not get mildew or black spot. Had a warm welcome in my last home so have purchased again. Always well admired by neighbours.
I’ve bought this rose (Warm Welcome) from Henry Street before, and then, as now the plants received were beyond outstanding specimens … extremely healthy and robust in their established pot, without being pot bound or distressed in any way. The stems were full of new growth and many flower buds at different stages of development. I now buy them as magnificent gifts for family and friends as I have had numerous comments about them. The firey orange is a delight and the perfume is a joy to behold of a warm summers evening. They love being fed and of course plenty of water during hot spells in particular. They can be cut back quite rigorously in late winter or left to grow and trained up trellis work or on a frame. I currently have one about 6 ft high full of the small, deep orange, single petal blooms. A must have rose for any garden, large or small and such amazing value for money. Well done to all involved in this little beauty!
A really healthy plant, bursting with buds which is now in full flower and growing well. Delighted with quality of plant
I received Warm welcome as a 4L potted rose. I carefully prepared it's new home ready to plant her. When I took her out of the pots, all the soil fell away leaving me with a barely rooted rose. I have planted her but I am not hopeful of her survival. This is basically a bare root rose which should be planted in winter. And even if she does survive, I will have lost at least a years growing.
I immediately called Henry Street nurseries and was assured I would get a response but almost a week later I have heard nothing back. I am giving 2 stars, because the delivery process went very smoothly.
My daughter loved this rose. Its beautiful and was in very good condition.
